Siobahn and Co is an e-commerce platform offering:
- A curated selection of second-hand / vintage & antique interior design and objects.
- Interior decoration and furniture hire services for individuals and businesses (e.g. events, pop-up stores)

2.1 Antique/Vintage Items
- Our items are unique, limited in quantity, and may exhibit minor signs of wear due to their vintage nature (paint loss, small chip / cracks / original finishes left as is).
- We strive to display product images and colours accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches due to screen variations / colour backgrounds.
- Siobahn and Co reserves the right to limit sales by region or customer and adjust product descriptions, prices, or availability without prior notice.
2.2 Furniture Hire
- Hire items are subject to availability, and a deposit is required.
- Items hired out will not be available for purchase during the rental period.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are additional and disclosed during checkout, or free collection available.
- Prices are subject to change at Siobahn and Co’s discretion.
3.2 Taxes and Duties
- Purchases shipped outside the UK may incur additional fees (e.g., customs duties, import taxes), which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Siobahn and Co recommends checking with local authorities for potential costs before placing an order.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before order processing.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards (via Shopify’s secure gateway) and PayPal.
- Orders may be declined for non-payment or other reasons, and Siobahn and Co is not obligated to provide explanations.

- By confirming an order, you accept these terms without exception.
- Siobahn and Co may cancel orders due to disputes, non-payment, or product unavailability, with refunds issued where applicable.
4.2 Order Confirmation
- An order summary is sent via email upon confirmation.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Returns Policy
- Returns within 14 days only, please contact us. Customers are responsible for delivery and return charges. Alternatively items can be returned to warehouse location to avoid return costs. Contact us promptly for cancellations or refunds.
5.2 Damaged or Lost Items
- If items are lost or damaged in transit, contact us with the order number and supporting images.
6. Availability
6.1 Product Availability
- Products are offered while visible on the website and in stock.
- If a purchased product becomes unavailable, the order will be canceled and refunded.
7. Delivery
7.1 Shipping/Delivery
- We can deliver to you and delivery cost quoted at time of sale or free collection from Unit 39, 12 fotune way, Triangle Business est. NW10 64F London UK
- We use Topman Removals, they will contact you with delivery day and can quote for return prices.
- Small items delivery costs are £45 within the M255, large items are £135 within the M25.
- Upon receipt, any discrepancies (e.g., missing or damaged items) must be reported within one working day via the contact form.
7.2 Taxes and Duties
- International orders may incur additional charges (e.g., customs fees), which the buyer is responsible for.
